Northcoast Reload is a trusted lumber reloading company in Delta, BC that is dedicated to providing clients with accurate, reliable, and affordable services. We have a strongly driven team of professionals committed to meeting your needs.

Backed by extensive experience in the industry, our staff members have what it takes to assist you. We do our best to ensure that your transaction with us is more than satisfactory.

Since our inception in 2016, our company has grown—expanding to a 215,000-square-foot indoor storage facility on a 12-acre property. We also have plenty of room for outdoor storage. You can count on us to handle a wide selection of products including drywall, plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), and dimensional lumber.

Northcoast Reload is centrally located on Annacis Island—near Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, and New Westminster. We also have easy and convenient access to the major ports and borders in the local area including:

  • Fraser Surrey Docks

Services

Trucks

  • Flatbed Trucks

    At Northcoast Reload, we always require all carriers to schedule an appointment for all inbound and outbound trucks. We can assist approximately 50 flatbed trucks a day.

  • Highway Vans

    Northcoast Reload has two bays for unloading and reloading vans. We can handle approximately 30 highway van appointments a day.

Rail Cars

  • Rail Cars

    Our team of professionals can unload and reload your products efficiently and carefully. We are currently able to take 8 railcars per switch.

  • Ocean Containers

    We can handle stuffing, unload and drayage to and from local ports. We are able to handle approximately 40 appointments per day.
